Ph.D. in Economics — in 2005 graduated from post-graduate school of Russian Foreign Trade Academy (VAVT, Moscow), «World Economy» specialty.

1990–1997: Worked in OJSC Leningrad Export and Import Base included in the structure of Russian JSC High Speed Roads.
1998: Chief of offset and promissory notes handling dept of Financial Service of State Unitary Enterprise October Railway.
1998–2000: Chief of marketing and sales feasibility department of Saint-Petersburg Property Fund.
2000: Work in Souzvneshtrans Group.
2002: General Director of Souzvneshtrans Group.
Member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Entered TOP-1000 of Russian Managers in the rating of the Russian Managers Association (AMR) and the Kommersant newspaper.
